Hey guys, how you doing? Big warm welcome to you.
Whether you’re reading this in New Zealand, South Africa, Germany, Norway, Sweden, America, the UK — or right here in Dunfermline — here’s the thing:
You don’t have to spend mega bucks or thousands of hours buried in books, or watch endless, endless, endless videos to get the one thing that could change your life.
I’ve been at this game for over 40 years — from war zones to prisons to the toughest human suffering you can imagine — and I’ve found a principle so simple, so powerful, it flips people’s lives like that.
And no — it’s not going to cost you a penny.
It Only Takes Ten Minutes - The Power of Visualisation

People love to tell you it takes 10,000 hours to master something. Fair enough. But let me tell you:
It only takes 10 minutes to change the direction of your life with the Power of Visualisation.
Some of you started with a great dream, great energy… and somewhere along the line — in business, marriage, health, finances, whatever — you got stuck. Stuck in the mud. Stuck in a rut.
Well, today we’re going to talk about flipping that.
The Secret I Learned at 8 Years Old
When I was eight, my mum took me by the hand and said we were going to see the doctor. I thought it was for her. Turned out, it was for me — and not to a doctor’s office either, but to a place called Bandrum.
Now, I had visions of Disney in Scotland — fireworks, candy floss, the works. But Bandrum wasn’t Disneyland. It was an orphanage.

I’d been in a dark room for three months, no will to go anywhere or do anything. And that night, lying in bed listening to the cries of the orphans, something happened.
I got what I can only call a **supernatural download** — a picture in my mind. I saw myself travelling the world, bringing hope to kids with no hope. It didn’t change my surroundings. But it changed the most important thing: what was going on inside me.
That picture became a fire in my belly. And it’s still burning today.
Your Picture Dictates Your Future
Here’s the bombshell:
It’s not just your thoughts or your words that shape your life — it’s the pictures they paint in your mind.
Your brain has a little almond-shaped piece called the amygdala. Whatever picture you feed it sends signals to every cell in your body. It affects your mood, your health, your atmosphere — for good or bad.
If you go to sleep replaying negative images all night long, you’re programming yourself for more of the same. But if you go to sleep with a vivid, purpose-filled, exciting picture in your mind — you’re setting your body and soul up for strength, hope, and direction.
Proven in the Worst Circumstances
Dr. Viktor Frankl saw it in Nazi concentration camps. The people who survived didn’t let the camp paint their picture. They kept a vision — reuniting with family, playing music, running their business again.

Nelson Mandela survived decades in prison because he saw a future where even his enemies could have hope and education.
I’ve seen footballers on the brink of being sacked play in the World Cup simply because they changed the picture in their mind.
I’ve seen a man on his deathbed flip from dying to living because we replaced the image of death in his head with his wedding photo from 1962 — the year of the Beatles, the year of life.
Who Holds the Remote?

You’ve got to decide who’s in charge of the remote control of your life.
Your feelings?
Your circumstances?
Your past?
Or you?
Because success and failure are both born between your ears.
Your Ten-Minute Challenge
Before you go to sleep tonight:
1. Pick one picture — of you doing the kindest, most purpose-filled thing you can imagine. Doesn’t have to be big. Could be buying a stranger a coffee. Could be helping an orphan. Could be taking an extra moment of patience with your kids.
2. Step into it with all five senses — see it, hear it, smell it, taste it, feel it.
3. Fall asleep inside that picture as if it’s already happened.
Do it every night. Feed that picture until it burns inside you like a fire.
Your future is not set by the economy, your boss, or your past. It’s set by the picture in your mind.
So tonight, before your head hits the pillow — paint your picture. Step into it. And start flipping your world.
Because I promise you…
It only takes ten minutes.
